Baxi Has Begun A New 10,000 Sq Ft Training Hub, Expecting To Increase Its Annual Installer Training Capacity!

Dedicated Baxi Training Hub At Warwick HQ

Baxi’s new flagship centre at Warwick HQ is a great area with top-notch facilities, and expected tol triple its capacity of training industry professionals.

The recently opened 10,000 square foot building is named ‘Solutions Academy‘, features a digital studio and a commercial training room, and is a key component of the company’s goal to assist both installers and consumers in reducing carbon emissions from heat and hot water. This new centre will offer specialised training areas for heating experts throughout the Midlands, allowing them to gain practical experience with its heating and hot water solutions.

The centre will feature a specialised training room designed for solutions, giving technicians the opportunity to interact with Baxi’s entire line of residential and commercial products in a single location. Additionally, it will have a completely furnished digital studio to back Baxi’s upcoming e-learning platform, set to be introduced later this year.

He also added, “The company’s new focus on solutions training, alongside its traditional product training, is expected to be replicated in Baxi’s other main training centres in Warrington, Dartford and Dublin. Our Warwick investment is important because it’s the blueprint of what we will do in the future.


The updated centre allows the business to expand its training program from 600 participants in 2023 to around 2,000 by 2025. Also, Baxi is growing its nationwide group of 10 skilled instructors, working from their four completely owned locations and 13 subsidiary centres located in external educational institutions. It anticipates being able to physically train 10,000 installers annually by 2025, with an extra 5,000 installers gaining benefits each year through Baxi’s online learning platform.

Baxi is committed to contributing to the solution by making sure that installers have the necessary expertise and understanding to assist customers in reducing their carbon footprint through heat and hot water systems. Equally crucial, it aims to motivate the upcoming generation of installers to play a significant role in the shift towards clean heat in the future.
